啟閉機(jī)調(diào)試
Hoisting machine debugging
1、啟閉機(jī)在無荷載的情況下，保證三相電流不平衡不超過正負(fù)10%，并測(cè)出電流值。
1. When the hoist is under no load, ensure that the three-phase current imbalance does not exceed plus or minus 10%, and measure the current value.
2、上下限位的調(diào)節(jié)：當(dāng)閘門處于全閉的狀態(tài)時(shí)，將上限壓緊上行程開關(guān)并固定在螺桿上。當(dāng)閘門處于全開時(shí)，將下限位盤壓緊下行程開關(guān)并固定在螺桿上。
2. Adjustment of upper and lower limits: When the gate is in a fully closed state, press the upper limit onto the upper travel switch and fix it on the screw. When the gate is fully open, press the lower limit switch tightly and fix it on the screw.
3、啟閉機(jī)的主令控制器調(diào)整，必須保證閘門升降到上、下限位時(shí)的誤差不超過1cm。
3. The adjustment of the main controller of the hoist must ensure that the error when the gate is lifted to the upper and lower limits does not exceed 1cm.
4、安裝后，一定要作試運(yùn)行，一作無載荷試驗(yàn)，即讓螺桿作兩個(gè)行程，聽其有無異常聲響，檢測(cè)安裝是否符合技術(shù)要求。二作載荷試驗(yàn)，在額定載荷下，作兩個(gè)行程，觀察螺桿與閘門的運(yùn)行情況，有無異常現(xiàn)象。確認(rèn)無誤后方可正式運(yùn)行。
4. After installation, it is necessary to conduct a trial run. One is to conduct a no-load test, which involves running the screw through two strokes, listening for any abnormal sounds, and testing whether the installation meets the technical requirements. Perform a load test for two strokes under rated load to observe the operation of the screw and gate for any abnormalities. Only after confirming that there are no errors can it be officially put into operation.
1、操作人員必須掌握啟閉機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)、性能與操作方法，并有一定的機(jī)械知識(shí)，以確保機(jī)器的正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。
1. Operators must master the structure, performance, and operating methods of the hoist, and have a certain degree of mechanical knowledge to ensure the normal operation of the machine.
2、操作前，對(duì)啟閉機(jī)進(jìn)行全面檢查，個(gè)部位潤(rùn)滑情況是否良好，螺栓有無松動(dòng)。電動(dòng)啟閉時(shí)檢查電源線路是否接通，開關(guān)是否良好。
2. Before operation, conduct a comprehensive inspection of the hoist to see if all parts are well lubricated and if bolts are loose. Check whether the power circuit is connected and whether the switch is in good condition during electric opening and closing.
3、電動(dòng)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)，操作人員不得離開現(xiàn)場(chǎng)，發(fā)現(xiàn)問題立即停機(jī)。
3. During electric operation, operators are not allowed to leave the site and immediately stop the machine if any problems are found.
4、啟閉機(jī)維修時(shí)，必須清除載荷。
