螺桿式啟閉機(jī)
Screw type hoist
1、一定要保持基礎(chǔ)布置平面水平180o；啟閉機(jī)底座與基礎(chǔ)布置平面的接觸面積要達(dá)到90%以上；螺桿軸線要垂直閘臺(tái)上衡量的水平面；要與閘板吊耳孔文和垂直，避免螺桿傾斜，造成局部受力而損壞機(jī)件。
1. Be sure to maintain the foundation layout plane level by 180o; The contact area between the hoist base and the foundation layout plane should reach over 90%; The axis of the screw should be perpendicular to the horizontal plane measured on the gate platform; It should be perpendicular to the lifting ear hole of the ram to avoid tilting the screw, which may cause local stress and damage the machine components.
2、將啟閉機(jī)置于安裝位置。把一個(gè)限位盤套在螺桿上，將螺桿從橫梁的下部旋入啟閉機(jī)，當(dāng)螺桿從啟閉機(jī)上方露出后，再套上限位盤。螺桿的下方與閘門連接。
2. Place the hoist in the installation position. Place a limit disc on the screw, screw the screw from the lower part of the crossbeam into the hoist, and when the screw is exposed above the hoist, place the limit disc again. The lower part of the screw is connected to the gate.
3、 啟閉機(jī)的基礎(chǔ)建筑物安裝必須穩(wěn)固安全。機(jī)座和基礎(chǔ)構(gòu)件的混凝土，按圖紙的規(guī)定澆筑，在混凝土強(qiáng)度未達(dá)到設(shè)計(jì)強(qiáng)度時(shí)，不準(zhǔn)拆除和改變啟閉機(jī)的臨時(shí)支撐，更不得進(jìn)行試調(diào)和試運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。
3. The foundation building installation of the hoist must be stable and safe. The concrete for the machine base and foundation components shall be poured according to the requirements of the drawings. When the concrete strength does not reach the design strength, it is not allowed to remove or change the temporary support of the hoist, nor is it allowed to conduct trial operation.
4、安裝啟閉機(jī)根據(jù)閘門起吊中心線，找正中心使縱橫向中心線偏差不超過正負(fù)3mm,高程偏差不超過正負(fù)5mm。然后澆注二期混凝土或與預(yù)埋鋼板連接。
4. Install the hoist according to the centerline of the gate lifting, align the center so that the deviation of the longitudinal and transverse centerline does not exceed plus or minus 3mm, and the elevation deviation does not exceed plus or minus 5mm. Then pour the second phase concrete or connect it with the embedded steel plate.
5、啟閉機(jī)電氣設(shè)備的安裝，符合圖紙及說明書的規(guī)定，全部電氣設(shè)備均可靠的接地。
5. The installation of the electrical equipment of the hoist shall comply with the requirements of the drawings and instructions, and all electrical equipment shall be reliably grounded.
6、每臺(tái)啟閉機(jī)安裝完畢，對啟閉機(jī)進(jìn)行清理，補(bǔ)修已損壞的保護(hù)油漆，灌注潤滑脂。
